please help me find this C&C skit!

I caught a C&C special or something and need to find one of the skits-it's so funny-I need to watch it again!
This special (?) was a collection of skits mostly done abroad I think-and one featured Cheech in a pair of denim short shorts and boots or a hankerchief I think-and he would say; 'AWWWWWWWWWW!' a lot!! This skit is so funny and I can not remember when I saw it or what it was called-Anyone have any ideas or ever heard of a skit like this before?
I would appreciate any help....
