Question about los chinos album

I purchased a copy of lost chinos i already had it but i seen it at a great price and thought why not the problem is i am not sure weather it is a promo or a bootleg copy
i personaly now think it is a bootleg your oppinion would be really appreciated

The scan is too small to tell. It will say "promotional" on the record label if it is.
