The Address of Cousin Strawberry's House

I'm coming out to the LA area in February-I'd really love to take my picture in front of Cousin Strawberry's House-does anyone know the address? It looks like 703 Ave 38 or something-I couldnt quite read the numbers on the house steps in the flick, and the street sign looks like it says Ave 38, I did a Yahoo maps search for it in LA, got nothing

did you ever figure it out????
id like to find out....

i believe Ave 38 is in Eagle Rock, California. I use to drive by there all the time it was really close to my grandmas house. It's off of Eagle Rock Blvd.
