Best Buds film w/ Tommy

Where can you get a copy of this film Tommy and Shelby made? I can't find it anywhere. I read Tommy re-released it thru Bong Productions, but not sure if it exists. Has anyone seen it? Saw them last night in Shelton, WA. They were halarious!!
