I'm seeking information on which movie had Tommy Chong scream about breaking his record, he just bought it?
There have been releases of this audio clip in wav form that I would like to use in my music but to use such a clip one needs permission so does anyone know the production company that owns the rights to their movies or any address or email to get in touch with Tommy Chong?
