Chong Glass in Canada????

So I live in Canada and I just wanted to ask Tommy why he wouldnt start a chong glass in Canada. Head Shops are all over the place up here and bongs signed by tommy chong, who wouldnt buy one? Hell id be willing to work in that head shop!!!! lol
