Looking for a Gun ligter/pipe, likethe one in Nice Dreams

If any one can help me out Im looking for one of those gun pipes like the detective in Nice Dreams. If you know where I can find one or at least what they are called it woudl be appreciated.

About the closest you will find is the deluxe eletric pipe located at wellcoolstuff.com or somthing very simaar to it if not the same, at http://www.shayanashop.com/ Ps most of the things used in C&C movies where not sold in stores cuz they were made up, kinda like the van constructed from nothing but hemp.
