Hopefully someone can help me out here. Reently I was holidaying in Croatia and everyday they would play on the beach this song (or comedy sketch rather) that I thought sounded like Cheech and Chong. It went something like this from memory

I found it hillarious. Can anyone tell me what movie this is from or what soundtrack?
